YOU WILL GET A INVITATION TO USE THE ONLINE COACHING APPLICATION

The coach will send you an invitation to use the Coachtools app.

At this point, fees are not yet required. You can get to know the basic settings of the app for a free week of use.


Your access to use the tool will automatically expire after the free week and you will not be charged! 

If your invitation is nowhere to find, make sure you check your spam as well.

PURCHASE ONLINE PERIOD & START TRAINING

Satisfied!?

Go to the store and purchase one of the online training periods. Your individualized training plan is created, right after you have purchased one of the online periods.

Because it's a customized program, and it requires the presence of a coach to be completed, you may have to wait a few days. Prepare to start next week, not tomorrow!  

Don’t worry. The selected period starts from the first training day, not from the day you pay. 

 

WHICH PERIOD TO CHOOSE ?

If you have problems deciding what periodization suits best for your goals and needs. There are guidelines under each period.

ONE MONTH

1 Phase

In this period, it is possible to improve one feature because of its short period of time. However, if you don’t want to commit for more than a month at a time, this plan is for you.

2 MONTHS

1-2 Phases

During this period, one or two main features can be developed while maintaining others. For example, if you need more power during the season or more endurance or speed in the Off- Season. All according to your individual goals and needs.

4 MONTHS

2-4 Phases

This period is commonly used for Off-Season training. It allows you to develop many features, e.g., hypertrophy, maximum strength, and power. In this period, it's also possible to increase your work capacity through energy systems training. This online period is the most popular.

8 MONTHS

6-8 Phases

This period is commonly used for In-Season training because of its length. Maintaining your gains is not the only option here. Despite the ongoing season, we can increase your strength levels and develop your every need and goal for sure.

12 MONTHS

Annual Plan

This covers the whole year, and it's divided into several phases. Twelve months of personal training makes you a beast on the ice. If you want to get the shape of your life, then this is the choice.
